Exciting changes are happening here in the CCE. In addition to my roles as Coordinator of the Center for Community Engagement and Social Media, Academic Affairs has now added Academic Projects Coordinator to my title and job duties.

In my new role, I will become more involved with internships throughout the University. I will also support the development of a co-curricular transcript. A co-curricular transcript is an official record of student accomplishments and involvement in student organizations, leadership, community service and professional/educational development programs. It is designed as a means of recognizing "out of class" learning, development, and contributions during a students' college career. They can be used to supplement resumes and academic transcripts when applying to graduate/professional schools and for prospective employers.

I have already begun exploring both of these additional duties and am developing plans. If you have suggestions or input, please feel free to comment here or email me.
