SSU's Campus Vote Center is Open
Hello Seawolves! The SSU Campus Vote Center is open! All voters are welcome to visit the Casentino Room at Tuscany Village. If you’ve been meaning to vote but haven’t made a plan yet, this is a convenient place to do it while you’re on campus. It’s open to the public, so students can also invite friends or family who live nearby.
Voting is an essential way for you to help shape the decisions that affect our communities. Elections influence which issues get attention and how public resources are used. Taking a few minutes to cast your ballot is a chance to make your priorities heard.
The Casentino Room in Tuscany Village is located at 1801 E. Cotati Avenue in Rohnert Park. The Vote Center is open October 31 through November 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, it will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Already registered? You can vote in person at the center. If you missed the registration deadline, eligible voters can register there through California’s Same Day Voter Registration process and cast a provisional ballot. Election officials count the ballot after verifying the registration.
Consider stopping by between classes or making a plan with a friend. Voting on campus can make it easier to fit into a busy week, and the Vote Center is ready for you. For more details, visit the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters or SSU’s Campus Vote Center page.
