The Service & Internship Fair is a fantastic opportunity to promote your organization and recruit wonderful Sonoma State student interns and volunteers. The Service and Internship Fair will take place on Tuesday, September 9th, from 11am - 1pm in Seawolf Plaza (between the new Student Center and the Recreation Center.

Important Note: Students can register for internship credits until September 15. However, they might not know this. Be prepared to encourage them to see their advisor to register before the deadline.

Details:

  • Online registration is required. Registration will close Thursday, September 4 at 4pm.

  • Parking is $5 day (there is no partial day option). Please plan accordingly. Each lot on campus has a parking pay station that accepts both cash and credit cards.

  • If you have a large display, and/or a table and chairs, please park in 45 minute parking at the flagpole at the Information Booth South. Students will be there to help you drop off your materials and setup. You can then park your car in a longer-term spot. Our goal is to continue to make everything easy and accessible.

  • Since the Fair begins at 11:00 AM, we ask that you complete set up by 10:30 AM.

  • If you are able to provide you own table and chairs for the Fair, please feel free to bring them! If not, please note that in your registration. We have a limited number of tables and chairs available to those who inform us during registration.
  • Lunch is on your own. There will be hot dogs, veggie hot dogs & chips available at the Fair, but you are more than welcome to bring your own lunch or visit one of the many dining locations on campus.

If you have questions, please contact Amanda Hanson, JUMP coordinator.
